Your Eco Footprint
EcoFoot If you are in the mood to check out where you stand in terms of your consumption of the resources of planet Earth, log onto this website and find out. Simply select your area and language, and the website will give you an array of questions to answer. Based on that it will let you know how much you are consuming and how many planets we would need if everyone started consuming the way we are currently doing. The site told me that if everyone lived like me we'd need 1.9 planets :P As additional research, I selected my area as the US and answered the rest of the questions the same as I had answered before. And this time it said we'd need 5.9 planets. I need atleast 26 hectares (or was it acres) to sustain me. Previously I needed only 3.5 or something.
